Delivery & Shipping Policy

General Information

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you of the lead time. If the lead time is not acceptable to you, DATACOM will refund the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.

Multiple transaction may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.

Delivery Location

Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in the United Arab Emirates only. We will accept orders from international customers who are shipping to addresses in the United Arab Emirates only. Any shipments outside of the United Arab Emirates are not available at this time.

Delivery Time

An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfil your order within 10 business days from the date of your order. Business days include Sunday to Thursday, except holidays. Please note we do not ship on Fridays and Saturdays at this time.

Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.

Same day delivery is available within Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah city limits only, and at an additional cost. The additional same day delivery costs will be communicated to the customer via email or by direct call from a DATACOM representative once order is placed. Once order is confirmed and additional same day delivery costs are paid by the customer, delivery will proceed.

Please note that we cannot offer same day delivery on orders placed after 10:00 am, nor orders placed on Fridays or Saturdays.

Shipping will be done by a third-party courier or Datacom itself.

Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page or via email from a DATACOM representative.

Value Added Tax (VAT) is charged according to UAE laws.

Damaged Items in Transport

If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, please refer to the Refund, Cancellation and Replacement Policy found on our website.
