Refund, Cancellation and Replacement Policy

Order Acceptance:

When you place an order with us, you are generating a purchase offer and the offer is subject to acceptance by us. We strive to meet your orders however, there are few instances that may restrict us to fulfil the order. Although an order confirmation is generated, we may at any time cancel part or the entire order before scheduling the delivery. Your order shall not be confirmed until you receive the shipment.
You must provide accurate information of the recipient name and shipping address. We are not responsible for delivery of products to the wrong address or if the address provided by you is not traceable. Should this occur, DATACOMONLINE.NET is not liable and we do not have any legal obligation to meet any damages that might occur. Soon after receiving your order and payment, we will send you a confirmation email detailing the products ordered, shipping address, etc. However, your order stands confirmed only when we send the shipping confirmation.

Partial / Full Cancellation of a Purchase Order:

We reserve the right to alter product offerings and specifications at any time, without notice. We make every effort to ensure accuracy of all information but is not liable or responsible for any editorial, photographic or typographic errors, and may correct any errors and change or update information on the Webpage without prior notice.
We have the sole right to accept or deny or cancel any such order whether or not the user confirms the order or paid for the product.
If you have already paid for the product and are awaiting the product to be shipped, we may cancel the order. In case of order cancellation, you will receive full credit back to your account through the respective payment mode. Alternatively, we may also generate a new order with the right price.
If we cancel all or any part of your order, the amount equivalent to your order or cancelled order will be credited to your account or credit card or debit card through which the payment is made. We do not impose any charge on your credit or debit card or bank for cancellation of order.
If you wish to initiate cancellation of an order for whatever reason, you can, but it is restricted to certain limitations. In some case we may be unable to cancel your order.

These cases include but are not limited to:

  • An order in process;
  • An order ready for dispatch;
  • An order enroute for delivery;
  • Same day or rush orders.

We cannot initiate any order changes once a shipping confirmation is generated and dispatched.

Duplicate Orders:

In case of duplicate orders, please let us know at the earliest possible convenience. We will provide a full refund of the amount on the duplicate order as long as the order is not prepared or ready for dispatch. However, if we process two identical orders from you, we will contact you to clarify your intent. If we cannot contact the customer, then the decision will be made at DATACOM’s discretion.

Fraudulent Orders:

In order to provide flawless customer service together with a safe, secure and hassle free shopping experience, we meticulously monitor all the transactions to mark fraudulent activity. In case we suspect any suspicious activity on an account, we have the sole right to cancel any current, pending or future order(s) without any liability.

Returns

DATACOM will only accept returns if notified, and under the following conditions:

  • The wrong product was shipped by DATACOM;
  • The product was damaged in shipping;
  • The item was not delivered within the agreed upon time.

Any product returned to DATACOM must arrive unopened, with the original packaging and with receipt or proof of purchase. A credit note will be issued based on the following conditions:

  • The full amount will be refunded via a credit note if the product(s) have been returned within seven (7) days from the date of delivery;
  • A 10% restocking fee will be deducted and a credit note issued if the product(s) have been returned between seven (7) and fifteen (15) days from the date of delivery;
  • A 15% restocking fee will be deducted and a credit note issued if the product(s) have been returned between fifteen (15) and thirty (30) days from the date of delivery;
  • A 25% restocking fee will be deducted and a credit note issued if the product(s) have been returned between thirty (30) and sixty (60) days from the date of delivery;

No products will be accepted for return after sixty (60) days from date of delivery.
Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, less any restocking fees, by issuing a credit note for the full order amount, less shipping costs.

Defective Items

DATACOM will only exchange goods if they are defective or damaged. In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, you should promptly contact us at E-SALES@DATACOMONLINE.NET with details of the product and the defect. You can return the item you consider defective to:

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are eligible, we will send you a replacement product.

Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to products during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded by credit note will not include the cost of shipping.
